Founded Kurotani Shoten in Yokotamachi, Takaoka-city, Toyama, a company dealing mainly non-ferrous metals. |

Incorporated as Kurotani Co., Ltd. with capital of 30 million yen from individually owned company. |

Acquired the management participation right of Shin-Nihon Bijutsu（a company producing and dealing fine arts products and refining/manufacturing/dealing non-ferrous metals with capital 1 million yen). Increased capital to 4 million yen. |

Relocated the head office to 5-25 Nishimachi, Takaoka-city, Toyama. Opened the Kosugi office. |

Renamed as Kurotani Corporation. |

Increased capital to 100 million yen. |

Inaugurated the head office and main factory to 12-2 Nagonoe, Shinminato-city (later renamed as Imizu-city), Toyama. Opened the Tokyo branch as a strategic sales office, and opened Niigata office. |
